We are aware of our own strength. We know very well that Tetaş
will provide very good information to the companies regarding
to the technical details of our automation systems.
Boeing. We have quality certificates such as ISO
9001. Following the completion of the examination
of all the operation processes of the company we
possess the rightfully deserved certificates. SIP-Italy
provides impeccable services thanks to the
high standards applied in the production area as
well as in its management models. In this sense, in
Turkey there are many differing brands particularly
those who have automation units that provide
services to this sector. I would like to express the following
fact in particular; we are a very new brand
in Turkey, however in terms of automation R&D, we
are one of the strongest companies in this sector
and in order to secure the preference of the customers
we are manufacturing work stations with
the aim to provide efficiency and to bring down
costs, we also provide services for these. We also
provide highly advanced services in the field of
software which is indispensable for automation
systems. Among the companies of our Group we
also have a firm that manufactures our own softwares.
We provide spare parts at low costs, this is
a factor that the Turkish users are not familiar with.
Our electronic software is equivalent to that of the
standard Brother brand. From our point of view this
is beneficial for us. Our automation systems reduce
the production costs to a great extent.
What are your expectations for both the Turkish
market and Tetaş?
We are aware of our own strength. We know very
well that Tetaş will provide very good information to
the companies regarding to the technical details
of our automation systems. We are sure that if the
companies in Turkey would grant us their time to
introduce them to our products face to face, they
would purchase our machines. In this regard Tetaş
has our full trust. Tetaş will promote and market our
products to the companies in the best way possible.
Within this context Tetaş company sent their technicians
to Italy and these persons received training
regarding to our automation systems and received
information in the best way. These technicians gave
their best efforts towards learning about our automated
systems. Our customers may come directly
to Tetaş center to see how the machine operates
and then purchase it. They may test the machines
see how they function. In this regard Tetaş has a
very good reputation. The commercial representations
of Tetaş are firms that have been established
many long years ago and they have been working
with these firms for a long period of time. TETAŞ is not
one of those companies who tests a firm and leave
them afterwards. We consider Tetaş not as a mere
distributor but as our real business partner.
