The
the cheerful glance and a handshake will
have you convinced. you can trust this woman
with your children. almost everyone calls her
“schatzi- (precious)”, and you can see that she
enjoys every single child in a special way. the
kids keep her young- it’s hard to believe that
gerti just celebrated her 50th birthday. she’s
like the ultimate mother- the oldest and also
director of the kids club. 10 employees and
6 trainees (at the moment) are working here.
most of them have been working here for years
and have children themselves- even some of
the trainees stay on part time for years. the
youngest will soon be 17, and just returned from
the rehearsal for the friday evening show with
a smile on her face. luckily, she’s tall- otherwise
you wouldn’t be able to tell that she is a
care giver because the group seems so happy

and united. that’s the principal here, gerti
reveals. each child can choose their favorite
activity, and then they are happy and motivated
to participate. of course, everyone can bring
new ideas to the weekly group meeting, which
can later be implemented. that’s what makes
every day fun. it almost makes you want to change
places with your child for a day- it would be so
much fun to just stay awhile and play, too.
