I suggest that the referees<strong>of</strong> PHYSREV begin finally to write a correct English. Forthe first time in human history a body rotates CONTINUOUSLY driven by INTERNAL forcesand to the referee this "seems to be nothing <strong>of</strong> immediate value for PRL that couldwarrant letter speed".I should like to repeat here the words which I said to Acad.
