Marinov<strong>The</strong> author considers a simple collision problem based on an ad-hoctheory <strong>of</strong> space-time, differing from classical Newtonian theory *nd als<strong>of</strong>rom the Special <strong>The</strong>ory <strong>of</strong> Relativity (formula 12). Assuming an absolutespace, he calculates anisotropic effects (formula 14) not existent inSTR. Contrary to the author's claim there is no experiment supportingsuch an anisotropy effect.
