It is timethat the Institute <strong>of</strong> Physics becomes aware that a perpetuum mobile EXISTS and torealize that the energy conservation law can be violated.Now I am organizing a visit <strong>of</strong> Dr. Maddox in Linden. I can gladly organize alsoa visit <strong>of</strong> representatives <strong>of</strong> the Institute <strong>of</strong> Physics. I must say, however, thatthis is not very simple thing, as the discoverer <strong>of</strong> the machine, Mr. Paul Baumann, isafraid that it can be used by BAD people for BAD things.For trying to organize a visit I need first a letter addressed to me by the Director<strong>of</strong> the Institute <strong>of</strong> Physics that people <strong>of</strong> the Institute (the names are to bementioned) are interested to visit the machine. <strong>The</strong>n we shall see.For reception <strong>of</strong> TWT-V the Instite must send me $ 25 (also in pounds). It willbe good if the Institute will order ALL five volumes <strong>of</strong> TWT and the five volumes <strong>of</strong>CLASSICAL PHYSICS, thus $ 250 are to be sent to me.
