Nach dem Erfolg der letzten
beiden Jahre werden die
Mitglieder der BACnet
Interest Group Europe (BIG-
EU) auch 2010 wieder auf
der AHR Expo vertreten
sein. Diese findet vom 25. bis
27. Januar 2010 in Orlando,
Florida, statt. Die AHR
Expo als traditionsreiche
Messe für Heizung, Lüftung,
Klimatisierung und Kühlung
ist der Marktplatz für die
Gebäudeautomation und die
HLK-Industrie in Nordamerika.
Von Jahr zu Jahr präsentieren
sich mehr Fachleute
auf der zunehmend internationalen
Messe und nutzen die
Gelegenheit zum Verkauf
und Networking mit Vertre-

tern aus aller Welt. Mehr als
1800 Aussteller, mehrere Industrieverbände
und über
25.000 Besucher aus aller
Welt werden erwartet.
Auch immer mehr europäische
Anbieter nutzen den
amerikanischen Markt erfolgreich
für ihren Export.
Ihre Produkte sind den Produkten
der Konkurrenz überlegen,
wie die Fachzeitschrift
IKZ Haustechnik 7/09 berichtet:
„Die europäischen
Hersteller sind ihren US-
Wettbewerbern hinsichtlich
Energieeffizienz, Systemorientierung,
Nachhaltigkeit
und Kundenfortbildung um
10 bis 15 Jahre voraus.“ Eine

Einschätzung, die nicht nur
die Amerikaner beeindruckt.
Organisiert wird der europäische
BACnet Stand wie
schon in den letzten Jahren
von dem BIG-EU Marketing
Büro MarDirect. Den BIG-
EU Mitgliedern wird auch
für die kommende AHR
Expo wieder ein umfassendes
Servicepaket angeboten.

represented once again in
2010 with a BACnet stand at
the AHR Expo. This will take
place in Orlando, Florida

As a trade fair for heating,
ventilation, air conditioning
and refrigeration with a long
tradition, the AHR Expo is
the marketplace for building
automation and the HVAC
industry in North America.
Every year, more and more
industry professionals showcase
their products at this
growing international trade
fair and take the opportunity
to sell and network with
representatives from all over
the world. More than 1800
exhibitors, multiple industry
associations and more than
25,000 visitors are expected
from around the world.
Additionally, more and more
European suppliers are successfully
taking advantage
of the American market for
their exports. Their products
are superior to those of
their competitors, as reported
in July 2009 by the German
building services trade
magazine, “IKZ Haustechnik”.
“The European manufacturers
are around 10 to
15 years ahead of their U.S.
competitors in terms of energy
efficiency, system orientation,
sustainability and customer
training.” This estimation
impresses not only many
Americans.
As in years past, the European
BACnet booth is being
organized by the BIG-EU
marketing office, MarDirect.
BIG-EU members will once
again be offered a comprehensive
service package for
the upcoming AHR Expo.
