Farbkodiersystem
Reinigung ist wichtig für die Hygiene – tatsächlich ist die Reinigung immer ein kritischer Kontrollpunkt bei
jeder Eigenkontrolle und in HACCP Systemen. Eines der allerwichtigsten Gebiete ist die Verhinderung von
Kreuzkontaminationen. Ein Plan mit visuell voneinander getrennten Reinigungszonen, bei dem die Gebiete in
Farbbereiche aufgeteilt sind, kann eine der wesentlichsten Ursachen für Kreuzkontaminationen verhindern.
Daher benötigt man Systeme, die ein hygienisches Verhalten fördern. Um dies zu erleichtern, sollten Geräte
benutzt werden, die eine visuelle Abtrennung fördern. Vikan hat ein Farbkodiersystem entwickelt, bei dem
die Reinigungsgeräte eine bestimmte Farbe erhalten können.
Colour coding
Good cleaning routines are very important to ensure good hygiene - in fact cleaning is always a critical control
point in all Self Monitoring/HACCP systems. One of the most important issues is the prevention of crosscontamination.
A division of the production premises into visually separated zones where each zone has
its own colour of cleaning tools can minimise one of the most important reasons for cross-contamination.
Therefore there is a need for systems which promote hygienic behaviour. To make it easier, tools which are
visually distinct should be used. Vikan has developed a colour coding system from which all cleaning tools
can be bought in a particular colour.

Die neue Wandhalterung ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und hat ein verbessertes Design, das die Reinigung erleichtert.
Sie wird in einem gewissen Abstand zur Wand angebracht, so dass auch zwischen Wand und
Halterung gereinigt werden kann. Damit wird die neue Wandhalterung zu einer ultrahygienischen Lösung für
