Ausgesuchte Kanalsysteme für unterschiedliche
Anwendungen
PFLITSCH bietet für jede Kundenanforderung
die passgenaue Lösung. Ob beispielsweise mit
dem bewährten Industrie-Kanal (Abb. 1)
große Mengen von Kabeln und Leitungen sicher
über längere Strecken geführt werden sollen
oder in sensiblen Umgebungen, wie sie bei
der Produktion von Nahrungs- und Genussmitteln
vorliegen, besondere Zulassungen und Materialien
benötigt werden: PFLITSCH übernimmt
die kompetente Führung.
PFLITSCH Gitter-Kanäle (Abb. 2) sind in der
Telekommunikation und Datentechnik sowie in
der Lebensmittelindustrie weit verbreitet. Sie
bieten die folgenden Vorteile: Wärme kann
über das offene System entweichen. Bei der
Produktion von Lebensmitteln sind Hygieneaspekte
von großer Bedeutung: Offene Gitter-
Kanäle sind leicht zu reinigen.
Bestens geeignet für den Einsatz im Food-Bereich
ist das PFLITSCH SWS ® Single Wire System
(Abb. 3). Biegbare VA-Tragestäbe mit nach
oben offenen Führungsringen und Halterungen
aus Kunststoff oder VA bündeln, stabilisieren
und führen Leitungen oder Schläuche von
8 mm bis 16 mm.
Auch Automobilproduzenten vertrauen bei der
Ausrüstung ihrer Fertigungsstätten auf
PFLITSCH Kabelführungen. Der PFLITSCH
Automobil-Kanal (Abb. 4) ist schon fast ein
„Klassiker“ in diesem Einsatzumfeld. Er wurde
speziell für die hohen Anforderungen der
Automobilindustrie entwickelt. Der PFLITSCH
Automobil-Kanal ist bei Blechstärken von 2 mm
für eine Trittlast von 1.200 N ausgelegt.
Kleinere Aufgaben übernimmt das PFLITSCH
PIK-Kanalsystem (Abb. 5). Es kombiniert
Querschnitte von 15 mm x 15 mm bis 200 mm
x 60 mm mit konstruktiven Merkmalen des
robusten PFLITSCH Industrie-Kanals. So kann
auch der PIK-Kanal zu Installations- und
Wartungsarbeiten im eingebauten Zustand
über den gesamten Streckenverlauf geöffnet
werden.
Selected trunking systems for different
uses
PFLITSCH offers the right solution for every customer
need. Whether large quantities of cables
and leads have to be routed safely over longer
sections, for example, with the tried-and-trusted
Industrial-Trunking (Fig. 1) or in sensitive
environments, such as exist in the production
of foodstuff, drinks and tobacco, special approvals
and materials are required: PFLITSCH takes
the competent lead.
PFLITSCH Wire trays (Fig. 2) are in widespread
use in telecommunications and data technology
as well as in the food industry. They offer the
following advantages: heat can escape through
the open system; and as hygienic aspects are
import-ant in the production of foods the open
wire trays are easy to clean.
The PFLITSCH SWS ® Single Wire System
(Fig. 3) is ideal for use in the food sector. Flexible
steel carrier rods with guide rings that are open
at the top and plastic or steel holders bundle,
stabilise and guide leads or hoses from 8 mm
up to 16 mm.
Car manufacturers also trust in PFLITSCH cable
routing for their production plants. The
PFLITSCH Automobile-Trunking (Fig. 4) is
almost a “classic” in this field of use. It was
specially developed for the high requirements
of the automotive industry. The PFLITSCH
Automobile-Trunking is designed with sheet
thicknesses of 2 mm to bear loads of 1,200 N.
The PFLITSCH PIK-Trunking (Fig. 5) takes care
of lighter tasks. It combines cross-sections of
15 mm x 15 mm to 200 mm x 60 mm with the
structural features of the sturdy PFLITSCH industrial
trunking. The PIK-Trunking can also be
opened along its entire length for installation
and service work when installed.
