Die nachfolgenden Praxisbeispiele sollen eine
Übersicht geben, mit welchen Dienstleistungen
sich PFLITSCH bereits am Markt etabliert hat:
Praxisbeispiel Industrie-Kanal
spezialisiert. In den KHS-
Anlagen werden sämtliche Kabel, Schläuche und
Leitungen sicher in PFLITSCH-Kabelkanälen aus
Edelstahl geführt. PFLITSCH plant, konfektioniert
und dokumentiert den individuellen Streckenverlauf
für die Verpackungsanlagen mit der 3-D-Planungssoftware
easyRoute. Bei der Vorfertigung
werden alle Bauteile gekennzeichnet und zu
transportablen, einbaufertigen Einheiten zusammengestellt.
Bei der Montage beim Kunden entfallen
so aufwendige Anpassungen. Auspacken,
einbauen, fertig: Das ist der „Plug and play“-Gedanke
im modernen Anlagenbau (Abb. 4).
Praxisbeispiel PIK-Kanal
fixieren. Optional kann der Gitter-Kanal mit einem
Deckel verschlossen werden. Einfaches Reinigen
aller Anlagenteile ist möglich. Die eingelegten
Kabel bleiben auf alle Fälle trocken.
Lemo Maschinenbau setzt die PFLITSCH-Gitter-
Kanäle in Anlagen zur Herstellung von Zugbandsäcken
ein. Lemo bekommt die Gitter-Kanäle als
einbaufertige Baugruppe, was Konfektions- und
Montagezeiten spart (Abb. 3).
The following practical examples provide an
overview of the services with which PFLITSCH
has already become an established market player
Practical example – industrial trunking
KHS Innosept is a specialist in the aseptic filling
of drinks and fluid foodstuffs in plastic packaging.
At KHS’s plants, all of the cables, hoses and
piping are safely routed through PFLITSCH stainless
steel industrial trunking. PFLITSCH carries out
the planning, pre-assembly and documentation
of the individual trunking routing for the packaging
lines using the 3D easyRoute planning software.
During prefabrication, all components are
marked and put together in transportable, readyto-install
units. During assembly at the customer’s
premises no complicated adjustments are necessary:
Unpack, install, ready – that’s the modern
“plug and play” approach to plant engineering
and construction (Fig. 4).
Practical example – PIK trunking
PFLITSCH installation trunking – PIK for short –
can be used anywhere individual data and
electrical cables must be routed to electric components.
Instead of using screws to attach the
compact trunking, PFLITSCH uses high performance
adhesive tape. The Installation engineer
simply needs to position the prefabricated PIK
and press it in place – that’s all there is to it
(Fig. 5). This is a huge advantage over steel conduit.
With this “everything from under one
roof” philosophy, PFLITSCH has become firmly
established as a system supplier to Sprimag.
Sprimag manufactures coating and painting
machines for surface finishing and the interior
coating of metal packaging. The co-operation
extends from design consultancy for new
machines, through assembly of the trunking, to
installation in the machine itself. The supply of
high-quality threaded cable glands is included
(Figs. 1 + 2).
Practical example – wire trays
In order to achieve the optimum cable routing
using standard and application-specific modules
in modular plants, open wire trays are used.
PFLITSCH cuts these to length according to the
order and fits them with protective caps.
The advantage of using wire trays is that cables
can be fed in and out at any desired position.
Subsequent modifications can also be easily carried
out at any time with this open system.
Pneumatic and other pipes can be easily and securely
fixed. The wire trays can also be closed
with a cover. Simple cleaning of all parts of the
plant is possible. The cables running through
these trays always remain dry.
Lemo Maschinenbau uses the PFLITSCH wire
trays in its drawstring bag manufacturing machines.
Lemo receives the wire channels as
ready-to-install assemblies thereby saving valuable
configuration and installation time (Fig. 3).
