Strukturiert planen mit CAD-Software
Um die Planung von Industrie- und PIK-Kanälen
zu optimieren, stellt der Konstrukteur den
individuellen Streckenverlauf des Kanals zusammen
(Abb. 1). Die CAD-Software easyRoute
steht auf der PFLITSCH-Homepage zum
Download bereit. EasyRoute verfügt über eine
umfangreiche Datenbank inklusive aller Formteile.
Der Konstrukteur erstellt den gewünschten
Kanalverlauf mit dieser Software als
dreidimensionale Zeichnung (Abb. 2). Die erzeugten
Daten lassen sich in alle gängigen
CAD-Systeme des Kunden einbinden. PFLITSCH
realisiert kurzfristig die Baugruppe und übernimmt
auf Wunsch die Montage.
Jede Kanalkonfiguration ist „auf Knopfdruck“
reproduzierbar. Wenn sich die Einsatz-Anforderungen
ändern, bleibt die Kanalkonfiguration
modifizierbar.
Kunden, die ihr Kanalsystem im eigenen CAD-
System planen und realisieren möchten, finden
auf der PFLITSCH-Homepage eine Bauteilebibliothek.
Dort sind alle Industrie- und PIK-Zeichnungen
in allen gängigen CAD-Datenformaten
abrufbar.

Structured planning with CAD software
In order to optimise the planning of industrial
and PIK trunking, the designer puts together an
individual routing for the trunking (Fig. 1).
he easyRoute CAD software is available to
download from the PFLITSCH website.
EasyRoute includes a comprehensive database
that includes all of the moulded fittings. The
designer produces a three dimensional drawing
of the desired trunking run (Fig. 2) using this
software. The data generated can be integrated
into all of the common CAD systems used by
customers. PFLITSCH quickly produces the
assembly and carries out the installation if
required.
Every trunking configuration can be reproduced
with just one keystroke, but remains modifiable
if the application requirements should change.
Customers that wish to carry out the planning
and assembly of their trunking system using
their own CAD system will find a component
library on the PFLITSCH website. There, all of
the industrial trunking and PIK drawings are
available for download in all common CAD data
formats.
