The Type 3599 axial globe<br />
valves combine the benefits of<br />
cage valves (such as rugged design,<br />
good control response<br />
and selectable valve trims, for<br />
example, for anti-cavitation or<br />
low-noise service) with the features<br />
of rotary valve (such as<br />
low-actuator thrust required<br />
and low-emissions packings).<br />
The valves, which are available<br />
in sizes up to DN 1200/NPS 48,<br />
are suitable for both throttling<br />
and on-off service. Their high<br />
