Ejgo is a new pump controller<br />
with cloud connectivity and<br />
control for industrial vacuum<br />
pumps and systems. Ejgo inmanages,<br />
commands, directs<br />
and regulates the operation of<br />
this company’s vacuum<br />
pumps and offers flexible accessibility<br />
and control functionality.<br />
The Ejgo provides<br />
necessary pump information<br />
and metrics, including pump<br />
health assessment, vacuum<br />
performance, operating economy<br />
and multiple scores for<br />
key performance indicators<br />
(KPIs) to monitor vacuum<br />
pumps or systems. The Ejgo<br />
vacuum controller is designed<br />
to be user-friendly. Users can<br />
easily pull up relevant data on a<br />
touch-based human-machine<br />
interface (HMI) or a web<br />
browser on their laptops, tablets<br />
or mobile phones. Users<br />
can configure data and parameters<br />
that are relevant to<br />
their process and monitor performance<br />
for optimal production.<br />
Ejgo is able to generate<br />
trend maps, enabling users to<br />
compare multiple metrics<br />
across pump cycles and at various<br />
times, such as motor<br />
speed, power consumption,<br />
outlet temperature and<br />
many others.<br />
The user can configure their insight<br />
cards and home screen to<br />
generate recommendations to<br />
take actions to extend the life<br />
of their vacuum pump, reduce<br />
current energy consumption,<br />
improve their carbon footprint<br />
and extend their maintenance<br />
intervals. Available in standard<br />
and premium options, the Ejgo<br />
MC Controller can control up to<br />
20 vacuum pumps and helps<br />
ensure that power consumption<br />
is optimized.<br />

wide range of connectivity options,<br />
fieldbus communications<br />
and network protocols, such as<br />
Ethernet/IP, EtherCat, Profinet,<br />
Modbus TCP, Modbus-RTU,<br />
