Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung
Roboterbasierte Labor- und Syntheseplattform
Die Experten am Fraunhofer Institut
für Silicatforschung ISC in
Würzburg verknüpfen interdisziplinäres
Know-how für angewandte
Materialforschung,
Prozess- und Anlagentechnik,
Data Sciences und LAB 4.0. Robotergestützte
Labor- und Syntheseeinheiten
kombinieren
die Aspekte Automatisierung
und Datenmanagement mittels
spezieller Software, die von
Mensch als auch KI bedient
werden kann. Am Gemeinschaftsstand
der Fraunhofer-Allianz
Chemie präsentiert das
ISC eine flexible roboterbasierte
Plattform zur automatisierten
Materialentwicklung, Synthese,
Tests oder Produktion
von Materialien, Chemikalien
und Medikamenten. Die Anforderungen
an neue Produkte,
Materialien und Herstellungsverfahren
werden komplexer.
Angefangen bei Rohstoffen,
CO 2 -Fußabdruck, Ressourcenschonung
und Recyclingfähigkeit
über Bioverträglichkeit,
Regulatorik und Dokumentation
– in allen Bereichen können
Digitalisierung, künstliche Intelligenz
und entsprechende
intelligente Schnittstellen helfen,
diese Komplexität zu meistern.
Der Einsatz digitalisierter
Prozesse und künstlicher Intelligenz
für die Produktentwicklung
ermöglicht es, mit komplexen
Anforderungen und
innovativen Materialien wissensbasierte
neue Produkte,
Verfahren und Anwendungen
effizienter von der Idee zur
technologischen Marktreife zu
bringen. Dabei werden zahlreiche
Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte
hinsichtlich verwendeter Rohstoffe,
Energie- und Wasserverbrauch
und Design for Recycling
von Beginn an sinnvoll
eingebunden.
Nachhaltigkeit ist bei SICK seit Firmengründung stets aktuell.
Mit ausgereifter Sensortechnologie optimieren wir Ihre Emissionsund
Prozessgasmessung und sind aktiv bei Carbon Capture, LNG
und Wasserstoff. Wir nutzen konsequent die Möglichkeiten der
Digitalisierung für mehr Transparenz und stabile Prozesse. Das
nennen wir Green Intelligence. www.sick.com/industries-pa
The Dec Group, a leading global
provider of contained powderhandling
systems and processcontainment
technologies, acquired
Alconbury Weston Ltd
(AWL), a designer, manufacturer
and supplier of continuous
processing technologies
and systems based in Stoke-on-
Trent, U.K. With the acquisition
of AWL, Dec Group has enhanced
its continuous processing
capabilities, which bridge a
gap in continuous flow chemistry.
Over the past decade, AWL
has translated ideas of continuous
processing into reality for
use in the chemical, food and
pharmaceutical industries, the
company says, by offering solutions
from laboratory evaluation
systems to productionscale
turnkey systems. The acquisition
enhances the ability
of the company to create
unique flow-chemistry so -
lutions and to further advance
process flow solutions from
raw-materials handling to synthesis
and secondary manufacturing
to packaging. The combined
company is solving complex
issues in continuous reaction,
crystallization with high
crystal concentration, and is offering
the first continuous filter
and drying systems from lab to
production scale.
