How does your hotel create an environment
that allows guests to slow
down, reconnect with themselves,
and regenerate their body and soul?
When we decided to focus all our energy
on this project, we knew from the beginning
that the environment was fundamental.
We were looking for a place
removed from the city, in an environment
conducive to rest and to regenerate
the body and soul. The gardens and
the care of the spaces create a calming
and relaxing environment, necessary to
start our holistic health programs. We
seek simplicity and minimalism, creating
spaces where Feng Shui was a way of
conceiving that Zen architecture, where
less is more.
What specific amenities or services
do you offer to enhance the rejuvenation
experience for your guests?
We have created four personalized holistic
health programs tailored to the
needs of each client: 1. Regeneration
and detoxification | 2. Asanas | 3. Water
for health | 4. Personal training.
All of our staff have academic training
in integrative health and extensive experience
in non-invasive therapies that
help prevent diseases and improve physical
and mental health. Our mission is
to impart knowledge about healthy habits,
weight loss, achieving restful sleep,
regaining vital energy, and ultimately,
finding greater happiness.
How do you incorporate elements of
tranquility and serenity into the overall
atmosphere of your hotel to help
guests find inner peace?
In addition to the previous answers, I will
provide further details. Holistic health
therapies are more efficient when nothing
is too distracting in terms of decoration
and arrangement of the elements
that make up the rooms and the spa. For
this reason, and to promote connection
with nature and oneself, we use organic
materials, textures, and colors, as well
as linen fabrics, stone walls and sand
coatings for our EcoHotel El Agua.
