Jahrgangsstufe).
Modul I: Ready for MSA –semesterbegleitend
Englisch B1 – Soft Skills: communication and presentation training
Communication and Presentation belong, among others, to the so-called Soft Skills. These skills,
especially important for people in the sales and marketing branches, are useful for people
in all areas of life. Communication is being able to successfully interact and collaborate with
others. This is done not only through speaking, but also through non-verbal communication.
Presentation is the process of introducing and making understood the content of a chosen
subject matter, with the goal of convincing your audience. Discussion, role games, and
video recording (with feedback and analysis from the group) will help create a valuable
self-learning experience.
