Changes in Company Bodies
In November 2003, Jan Škurek resigned from his position of member of the Board of Directors. At the General
Meeting held on 25 June 2004, Josef Sedlák and Jaroslav Šulc were recalled. The new members of the Board
of Directors elected by the General Meeting were Daniel Beneš, Karel Goldemund, and Pavel Kuta. In June
2004, Miroslav Šifner resigned from his position of member of the Supervisory Board. Michael Šenberger
was recalled from his office by the General Meeting held on 25 June 2004. Ivan Hink and Robert Sýkora
were elected new members of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting.
