NEW FORMS!!!
Here is the brand new funding request form that can be used to request funding from the Marketing
Committee for an event promoting your Lodge. A copy was sent to your Lodge in November 2012 and
the form is available on the national website at www.elks-canada.org.
Please note that application for funding must be
submitted 30 days
prior to the event taking place.
Here are some of the details:
w Project must use some type of media (eg. tv, radio, billboards, newspaper, etc.) to
promote your Lodge.
w Should include a membership component asking men & women to join.
w Promotion of regular Lodge events will not be considered.
w The completed forms must include an estimated budget.
w Can be sent to the national office by email, fax or letter.
w From there the request is forwarded to the Marketing Committee for their consideration.
w If approved/denied the Lodge will be notified.
Have an idea? All your Lodge has to do is fill out the form and send it into the
Grand Lodge office. Why not promote your Lodge and get some help financially.
