24th – 31st August 8 Day Tour
Relaxation is the name of the game on the beautiful Channel Island of Jersey. Officially
the warmest place in the British Isles, and with a unique blend of British and French
influences, Jersey really is a place to get away from it all. We have had many requests
for a tour to Jersey and we are delighted to introduce it as a new destination in 2013.
Our flights from Belfast airport will make this holiday really popular, so make sure you
book early!
Sat 24th: Letterkenny – Belfast – Jersey
This morning we travel to Belfast Airport for our mid-day flight to Jersey. On arrival we
are transferred to our hotel in St. Helier, our base for the next 7 nights.
Sun 25th: Free Day in St. Helier
Our hotel is located in the traditional seaside town of St. Helier, a delightful resort set
in a picturesque bay and harbour. The town is also the capital of Jersey and boasts a
tree-lined promenade with many pleasant cafes, restaurants, bars and gift shops for us
to wander along.
Mon 26th: Day Tour of the Island
Today we enjoy a leisurely tour of the island visiting all the main sights including the
stunning ‘St Brelades Bay’, the iconic ‘Corbiere Lighthouse’, the small ‘glass church’ in
St Aubin’s Bay, and more. We return to St Helier via the picturesque East Coast.
Tues 27th: Free Day in St. Helier
Another chance to settle into the pace of island life in St Helier, perhaps enjoy a day
strolling through the shops in the centre of town, or visit ‘Elizabeth Castle’ just down
the small causeway from the harbour. Maybe visit the highly recommended museum for
an insight into the history of the island or treat yourself to some time in the luxurious
Ayush Wellness Spa. All these attractions are only a short walk from our hotel.
Wed 28th: Tour to the Jersey War Tunnels
Today we step back in time and really get a feel for the five year long ‘Occupation’ of
Jersey in World War II. We travel by vintage open-top bus to the German underground
hospital, now known as the ‘Jersey War Tunnels’ for a compelling story of the island’s
history.
Thur & Fri: Two Free Days in St. Helier
Relax, relax, relax - enjoy two more days by the golden beaches and crystal clear sea
of Jersey, the warmest place in the British Isles. Located only 14 miles from the French
coast, why not take a day trip to St Malo? (note: passport will be required if travelling
to France).
Sat 31st: Jersey – Belfast - Letterkenny
After a week of relaxation on Jersey, we bid farewell to St. Helier and fly back to Belfast,
where the coach will meet us and bring us back to Letterkenny.

14th – 20th August 7 Day Tour
As one of the top cities in the world London has so much to offer, from Big Ben & The
Houses of Parliament, shopping in Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, London Bridge
- the list is endless. Our itinerary is ideal for those visiting London for the first time as
well as those going back to see their ‘old haunts’. Our visit to Althorp, the former home
and final resting place of Princess Diana, is sure to be a special memory. This tour has
been designed with well-planned journey times, ensuring passengers are fresh and
relaxed throughout.
Wed 14th: Letterkenny - Dublin - Holyhead - Stoke
From Holyhead we travel along the north Wales coast as we make our way to our
overnight hotel close to the motorway on the outskirts of Stoke on Trent.
Thur 15th: Stoke - Stratford-Upon-Avon - Cotswolds - London
We start the day with a visit to the famous Stratford upon Avon, home of William
Shakespeare. In the afternoon we visit Stow-on-the-Wold, one of the beautiful villages
in the Cotswolds. We finish the day with the journey to our hotel by Regent Park, right
in the heart of London.
Fri 16th: Morning City Tour – Afternoon Free
This morning we admire the famous sights of London including Big Ben & The Houses
of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and London Bridge to name but a few, followed by
a free afternoon in the city centre.
Sat 17th: Free Day in London
Today we have a free day, allowing the opportunity to visit some of the many attractions
London has to offer, catch up with family or friends, or indulge in some shopping in
nearby Oxford Street.
Sun 18th: Day Trip to Windsor – Optional Extra: West-End Show
Today we leave the busy streets of London and make the short journey to the Royal
town of Windsor, on the banks of the Thames. For our last night in London we make a
trip to the famous West-End.
Mon 19th: London - Althorp - Stoke
Today we leave London and travel back north with a special visit to the home of the
Spencer family - Althorp. We will have time to visit the house and the exhibition, “The
Diana Collection”. After leaving Althorp we continue to our overnight hotel near Stoke
for the last night of the tour.
Tue 20th: Stoke - Holyhead – Dublin - Letterkenny
On our last day we travel along Wales’s north coast on our way to Holyhead to catch
the ferry back to Dublin, before continuing home to Donegal.
