This policy provides peace of mind, quality cover, and an excellent
service.
We also offer a money back guarantee - if for any reason you are not
satisfied with your cover, simply return it to us within 14 days, and
provided no claims have been made, your premium will be refunded in
full.
In common with all travel insurance policies, your policy contains certain
restrictions, which relate to your health and others upon whose health
your trip depends. And in common with all travel insurance policies,
you must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the insurers.
Depending on the pre-existing conditions an additional premium may be

Travel insurance is obligatory on all tours (excluding mini-breaks of 3
days or less). This insurance can either be purchased direct from us
or you can chose to arrange your own insurance. Travel insurance is
recommended, although not compulsory, on mini-breaks also.

No Smoking Policy
There is a no smoking policy on board the coach by law.
Punctuality
Throughout the tour, to ensure everyone enjoys his or her holiday, it is your
responsibility to return to the coach at the designated time, which will be
given clearly before disembarkation. We do not accept any responsibility
for any expenses incurred by anyone left behind. Every effort will be made
to ensure this does not happen, but your co-operation will be greatly
appreciated.
All Tours are subject to sufficient bookings
This means that there must be enough passengers booked on a tour to
make it viable otherwise the tour may be cancelled. In the unlikely event
that it becomes necessary to cancel a tour for this reason, passengers will
be informed as soon as possible. All monies paid will be refunded or may
be used against another tour.
Changes to Arrangements
We reserve the right to vary any holiday. This includes changes to sailings,
advertised accommodation, venues, or itineraries. This will only happen in
situations beyond our control.

Holiday Insurance
Holiday Insurance is obligatory on all tours of a duration of 4 days or
longer. Holiday Insurance is optional on 2-day or 3-day mini-breaks.
Holiday Insurance can be either purchased direct from us, or you can
choose to arrange your own insurance.
Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a tour due to insufficient
bookings, or because of unusual, unforeseeable, and unavoidable
circumstances beyond our control, we will return all monies paid to us by
you in full, which shall be the limit of our liability.
Cancellation by You:
Should you cancel, or intend to cancel your holiday, you should do so in
writing or by telephone as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation or
failure to travel without informing Mangan Tours, the deposit shall be nonrefundable
and further charges will be levied per person as follows:
