Eco Solvent printers. Used to clean
maintenance station cap, wiper and
around print head. Mutoh suggests
cleaning the wiper and around the cap
once or twice a week and around the
print head once a week.

Mutoh ValueJet Lube
Lube for the print carriage bearing
raceway. Regular cleaning and
greasing/lubing of raceway will keep
the ValueJet printer in optimal working
condition. Mutoh recommends using
monthly, high volume printers will
need to use more frequently.

Mutoh ValueJet 64 Wiper Blade
The wiper blade cleans the print head, keeping
it free of debris or ink build up between passes.
Under normal usage the wiper blade is replaced
once a year.

Mutoh ValueJet Dampers
The Damper acts as a filter and helps control the
flow of ink to the print head. The damper will also
filter out any undissolved pigments or particles
that could Potentially clog a print head. The
ValueJet 1614and 1624 use 4 dampers at a time -
all other printers use 8 dampers at a time. Under
normal usage and regular maintenance they are
replaced once a year.
