Host Interface<br />

asserted. If the qualification character is present, the qualification is<br />

asserted. If the qualification condition character is absent, the qualification<br />

is not asserted. Each character present has a unique<br />

meaning, as described in the following table.<br />

R Over-range error<br />

N Negative power<br />

S Measurement is sped up<br />

T Over-temperature error<br />

0 (zero) No qualification exists<br />

Note that X and Y positions are zero if the power is less than 10% of<br />

the minimum range.<br />

Note that the data has over-range status if the power is greater than<br />

the maximum range.<br />

Sensor Information The sensor can be queried for unit identification and quality control<br />

information.<br />

Serial Number<br />

The query gets the sensor serial number.<br />
