The Elizabeth 2 is an elegant double drive spinning
wheel with twelve-spoke wheel and sloping
table. The wheel weighs about 20 pounds
and comes with four bobbins and a
horizontal lazy kate. Spinning ratios:
8.5, 11 and 15. Uses double drive
bobbin. The larger 24" (61cm) drive
wheel mounted on ball bearings makes
for smooth effortless spinning. Horizontal
adjustment of the maiden bar allows perfect
adjustment with all 3 whorls. The maiden
bar clamps to the base to eliminate
vibration. Double drive with scotch
tension. Choose unfinished or clear
lacquer finish.

Ashford’s Kiwi spinning wheel is
their most basic and economical.
The stretchy driveband, single drive
ratios of 5:5 and 8:1 make spinning
easy. The double treadle action is
smooth and unhurried; aided by
the momentum of the wood fiber
drive wheel. At 11 lbs, the Kiwi is
lightweight and easy to carry. It
comes with three bobbins and a

Kiwi Skeiner
The Kiwi free standing skein winder allows
for easy winding off of spun yarn into
skeins up to 60” circumference. Because
it’s free standing you can use it with any
wheel. However, if you have an Ashford
Kiwi you can remove the base and mount it
