Fill out order form and mail with your payment. If you<br />
choose to pay by check or money order, you will have to<br />
estimate the cost of those items which are sold by the pound.<br />
We will bill the difference.<br />
PAYMENT AND SALES TAX<br />
We accept personal checks, money orders, and major credit<br />
cards. Payments must be made in US funds. If paying<br />
by check or money order, please include your customer<br />
number. Maine residents please add 5% sales tax. Sales tax<br />
is not charged on packages shipped outside of Maine.<br />
Canadian checks: please include a $5.00 service charge.<br />
gUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY<br />
If you are dissatisfied with any item or if we have made<br />
a mistake in taking, filling or billing your order, please fill<br />
out the form on the back of your invoice and call us right<br />
away at 1-800-341-0282. We want you to be happy with<br />
our products and service everytime you shop with us at<br />
<strong>Halcyon</strong> <strong>Yarn</strong>.<br />
We request that returns be made within 60 days for a<br />
complete refund. Returns made after 60 days will be subject<br />
to a 15% restocking fee and receive store credit only. No<br />
returns on items purchased at bulk price 3 or on special<br />
order items. Items returned must be in original condition.<br />
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS<br />
Special order items will be invoiced separately and shipping<br />
will be based on the dollar value. Please allow 6-8 weeks for<br />
delivery. There are no returns on special order items.<br />
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACK ORDERS<br />
If we are out of stock of any of the items or colors you<br />
order we will try to reach you to arrange for a substitution<br />
or to back order the item. Back ordered items billed at price<br />
levels 1 & 2 will be shipped at no additional charge to the<br />
customer.<br />
Backorders for items billed at price level 3 will be billed<br />
actual shipping cost at the time of shipping.<br />
BIg TICKET ITEMS<br />
We pay the surface freight up to $125 on the following floor<br />
looms shipped to addresses within the continental US: Harrisville,<br />
Loüet, and Schacht. Free shipping on Leclerc floor<br />
looms.<br />
If a loom is to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or<br />
overseas, we will pay up to $125 to have the loom shipped to<br />
the closest US port.<br />
SHIPPINg & HANDLINg<br />
Most orders are shipped within the same or next business day of the<br />
time we receive your order.<br />
Orders for items priced at Price Levels 1 & 2 will be based on<br />
merchandise cost and billed according to this chart:<br />

Orders for items at Price Level 3 will be billed actual shipping, insurance, and a $5<br />
handling charge.<br />
Shipping Method:<br />
Orders going to addresses within the continental United States will be<br />
shipped via UPS Ground service, or United States Postal Service. Orders<br />
to Alaska, Hawaii, and all United States territories and possessions will be<br />
shipped by USPS. We will determine which method is most appropriate for<br />
your order unless you request a specific service. On larger packages there<br />
may be an additional fee for shipping via post office. Please call for a quote.<br />
Rush shipping is available on most orders.<br />
Rush Shipping within the US only:<br />
We offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3-Day Air shipping by UPS for<br />
orders shipped within the United States. Rush orders shipping to Alaska &<br />
Hawaii may have additional fees or may not be available for Rush Shipping,<br />
please call to confirm.<br />
Next Day Air/Second Day Air/Three Day Select:<br />
These services will be charged actual cost plus $5.00 handling and will<br />
arrive by the end of the next/second/or third business day. If you require<br />
confirmation for Rush Shipping costs please specify when you call, toll-free<br />
800-341-0282, for this service.<br />
In order to assure same day processing all rush orders must be received<br />
by 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Friday will be<br />
shipped the following Monday.<br />
International Shipping:<br />
We will ship your packages via United States Postal Service and charge you<br />
the actual shipping and insurance charges plus a $5.00 per box handling fee,<br />
unless other service is requested. Any duties levied are the responsibility of<br />
the recipient. We can provide rush shipping on international orders. Please<br />
call for options and an estimate.<br />
We welcome orders from schools, museums, and other organizations.<br />
Please feel free to fax, mail, or call in your orders – just be sure to give us a<br />
phone number and the correct contact person. Please let us know if you’ll<br />
be using a Purchase Order or if there are any special shipping & handling<br />
instructions when you place the order. We’re always happy to help you plan<br />
your purchases!<br />
