In this 15 or 20 day course, you will learn a vast array of informati<strong>on</strong><br />
<strong>on</strong> raw, vegan food preparati<strong>on</strong> and the theory behind<br />
living a natural, healthy life full of Pure Joy! Tour Big<br />
Tree Cacao Farm and learn all about the raw cacao making<br />
process. See and taste the many stages of the bean in its<br />
fermentati<strong>on</strong> process. We will be at Villa Gaia Retreat Center<br />
which is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Ubud.<br />
This is an amazing opportunity to learn all about the foundati<strong>on</strong><br />
of raw foods and the science behind it. Classes include hands <strong>on</strong><br />
gourmet, raw food preparati<strong>on</strong> including all the basics of raw<br />
foods plus gourmet sugar-free recipes which are safe for diabetics<br />
and people healing from cancer and other diseases. Pure Joy<br />
believes that the foundati<strong>on</strong> of a healthy diet should be based<br />
around a low glycemic, high plant food diet that promotes healing.<br />
They include daily lectures which include the Wellness Revoluti<strong>on</strong>,<br />
the truth about fats, proteins, weight loss, how to figure<br />
out what foods your body requires for optimum health and<br />
so much more. I attended this course last year in Bali and they<br />
taught me how to easily put all this into my daily life and schedule!<br />

at the end of the training. If you would like to detox after the training and learn how to feed and cleanse others, then stay<br />
<strong>on</strong> for an additi<strong>on</strong>al training and take your coaching to the next level. I was able to release 8.8 kilos (as well as a couple<br />
