In continuation <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Department</strong>’s letters <strong>of</strong> even dated 17th July 2008 and 4th February 2009, on the<br />
above mentioned subject, the undersigned is directed to say that the ad hoc per tonne per KM rates for road<br />
transportation <strong>of</strong> fertilizers in respect <strong>of</strong> all the districts <strong>of</strong> North eastern, Orissa and Jammu & Kashmir states<br />
