3. The manufacturers/importers are required to sell fertilizers at above-mentioned farmgate prices in order to
be eligible for subsidy under the Concession Scheme for P&K fertilizers and New Pricing Scheme Stage-III for
Urea.
4. The above revised MRPs will be effective w.e.f. 18th June, 2008.
5. The fertilizer companies need to ensure that MRPs on the bags stand revised with effect from the date of this
order. The fertilizers should be dispatched in bags with revised MRPs only.
6. all receipts and sales of fertilizers in the districts on or after the date of implementation of this order as
indicated in para 3 above, will be eligible for subsidy in accordance with the revised MRPs.
