supply at a location described as follows:<br />

Surface Location: No closer than 200 feet from <strong>the</strong> south<br />

l<strong>in</strong>e and no closer than 450 feet from <strong>the</strong> west l<strong>in</strong>e of<br />

Section 9, Township 15 North, Range 18 West, Custer<br />

County, Oklahoma.<br />

Entry <strong>in</strong><strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> above-named Productive Common Source<br />

of Supply: No closer than 330 feet from <strong>the</strong> south l<strong>in</strong>e and<br />

450 feet from <strong>the</strong> west l<strong>in</strong>e of <strong>the</strong> drill<strong>in</strong>g and spac<strong>in</strong>g unit<br />

comprised of s<strong>aid</strong> Section 9.<br />

Bot<strong>to</strong>mhole Location/Exit from s<strong>aid</strong> common source of<br />

supply or term<strong>in</strong>us po<strong>in</strong>t of well: No closer than 200 feet<br />

from <strong>the</strong> north l<strong>in</strong>e and no closer than 450 feet from <strong>the</strong><br />

The proposed completion <strong>in</strong>terval of <strong>the</strong> proposed<br />

horizontal well, which will be an open hole completion,<br />

will beg<strong>in</strong> at a po<strong>in</strong>t approximately 330 feet from <strong>the</strong> south<br />

l<strong>in</strong>e and 550 feet from <strong>the</strong> west l<strong>in</strong>e of <strong>the</strong> unit comprised<br />

of s<strong>aid</strong> Section 9, extend<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> a nor<strong>the</strong>rly direction <strong>to</strong> a<br />

po<strong>in</strong>t approximately 200 feet from <strong>the</strong> north l<strong>in</strong>e and 550<br />

feet from <strong>the</strong> west l<strong>in</strong>e of s<strong>aid</strong> unit, with a <strong>to</strong>lerance of<br />

100 feet, east and west on ei<strong>the</strong>r side of s<strong>aid</strong> horizontal<br />

wellbore completion <strong>in</strong>terval, for deviation.<br />

The lands adjacent <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> land covered by this Application<br />
