<strong>The</strong> above chart shows that only those definitively sexed adults who were<br />

inhabitants <strong>of</strong> Cuello and K’axob are interred with chalcedony artifacts. <strong>The</strong>se<br />

artifacts include forms such as bifaces and various forms <strong>of</strong> lithic debitage. While<br />

chalcedony artifacts are found with indeterminately sexed subadults in the Middle,<br />

Late, and Terminal Preclassic, this summary analysis focuses on determinately<br />

sexed and determinately aged individuals, as shown above. However, it should be<br />

noted that the data does not reveal the discovery <strong>of</strong> any chalcedony artifacts with<br />

any demographic group at Colha during the Preclassic. As with artifacts <strong>of</strong> other<br />
