Registration<br />
• Annual member registration begins July 25, 2012.<br />
• Public registration begins August 1, 2012.<br />
Registration is ongoing; register early to guarantee<br />
your spot.<br />
Online<br />
To register online please go to servusplace.ca.<br />
Click the “Online Registration” button towards the<br />
bottom <strong>of</strong> the main page. Have your PIN and Login<br />
ID information ready. If you are brand new to our<br />
system you can create an account online, or if you are<br />
not sure if you are in our system you can click on the<br />
“Forgot My Password” link to have your PIN and Login<br />
ID instantly emailed to you.<br />
Go to the Find a <strong>Program</strong> tab to locate the course<br />
you would like to register for. Once you have located<br />
the course, select the Register button. Login with you<br />
Account PIN and Login ID and fill out the registration<br />
information.<br />
By phone<br />
Please have your Visa, American Express or<br />
MasterCard ready. Call our Guest and Member<br />
Services desk at 780.418.6088. Your receipt will<br />
be made ready for pick-up at Guest and Member<br />
Services or can be mailed or e-mailed to you.<br />
In person<br />
Visit our guest and member services desk at 400<br />
Campbell Road in <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Albert</strong>. Pay by cash, cheque,<br />
debit, Visa, American Express or MasterCard.<br />
Transfers/Withdrawals<br />
In the event that you must withdraw or change your<br />
program registration (at least one week prior to the<br />
program start date), you can do one <strong>of</strong> the following:<br />
• Transfer immediately into one <strong>of</strong> our many available<br />
programs with no administration charge (subject to<br />
program availability).<br />
• Request a full refund minus a $5 administration fee.<br />
All refunds and transfers within 7 days <strong>of</strong> the<br />
start date or after the program begins must be<br />
approved by a programmer and will only be done for<br />
extenuating circumstances.<br />

Cancellations<br />

<strong>Program</strong>s may be cancelled due to low enrollment.<br />
In the event that a registered program is cancelled<br />
you will be notified, by phone, at least three (3) days<br />
prior to the start date. During these circumstances<br />
a full refund will be provided or you may transfer<br />
immediately into one <strong>of</strong> our available programs<br />
(subject to program availability).<br />

Frequently Asked Questions<br />
If the class is full can I go on a waiting list?<br />
Waiting lists are available for all <strong>of</strong> our classes; you<br />
will be contacted if a spot becomes available.<br />
Can I register after the program has started?<br />
We will strive to accommodate your request, please<br />
contact Guest Services at 780.418.6088.<br />
Can my child participate if they have special needs?<br />
Parents <strong>of</strong> children with special needs are encouraged<br />
to call our programming staff at 780.418.6088 to<br />
discuss participation opportunities. Please let us know<br />
at the time <strong>of</strong> registration if your child has any special<br />
needs or health concerns.<br />
Can I make up a missed class?<br />
We are not able to <strong>of</strong>fer any make-up classes.
