Our skilled and experienced staff will lead your child
through fun and interesting activities in both our
gym and our classroom. This program is the perfect
place for your child to meet new friends, participate

Join this program where your child will participate
in activities that will prepare them to be involved in
sports in the future. This program will help children
further develop their gross motor skills. Children will
also participate in singing songs, and making crafts
and a variety of other unique program activities.

Little Yogis
Ages 3 – 5
Bark in dog pose, hiss in the cobra, and meow in
cat stretch. This well-rounded yoga class will focus
on the physical self including body awareness and
fullness of breath, and the emotional self including
compassion for others and self-confidence, explored
through storytelling, creative movement and simple
discussions about life. Little ones are encouraged to
be energetic as well as still and quiet. Yoga is about
balance … what better time to learn about it but when
a child is young!
