Reach for the stars with Jetstar
Asia’s Service Star winners!
As part of ongoing efforts to
improve customer service, Jetstar
Asia introduced the Service
Star Award in February 2011 to
recognise the extra efforts cabin
crew put in to give passengers an
excellent fl ight experience.

Colin Wang and Jermaine Fock
were crowned Jetstar’s fi rst-ever
Service Stars.
Colin Wang says: “Seeing
passengers reach their destinations
with smiles on their faces gives
me a great sense of satisfaction. I
will continue to work hard so that
passengers can experience a great
fl ight with Jetstar.”
Chrislyn Tan adds: “It is very
encouraging to know that the
daily efforts cabin crew put in are
being recognised. We always do
our best to make sure that every
fl ight experience with Jetstar is a
pleasant one.”
Jetstar Asia will be launching
further similar programmes in the
future so that more passengers can
receive ‘star treatment’ when fl ying
with us!

Catch the Service Stars
at work and stand to
win Jetstar vouchers
From now until the end of January 2012,
identify any of our Service Stars — Chrislyn,
Johan, Colin or Jermaine — servicing your
fl ight and request a customer feedback form to
complete. Ask our Service Star to sign the form
before you submit it and stand a chance to win
Jetstar vouchers.
Ten lucky passengers will be selected to each
receive a Jetstar Asia voucher worth SG$100! *
Winners will be contacted by the end of
February 2012.
So — remember to keep a lookout for our
stars at work!
