Antibodies<br />
A Our high affinity antibodies are purified by affinity<br />
chromatography and adsorbed to remove any cross-reactivities<br />
that are likely to interfere with specific labeling. These<br />
antibodies are then cross-linked with the highest specific<br />
activity alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase. A<br />
proprietary procedure for conjugation allows the maximum<br />
preservation of enzyme activity and antibody specificity. These<br />
antibodies are subjected to rigorous quality control assays and<br />
can be used for tissue staining, ELISAs, and blots.<br />
