局簽訂合作協議,為澳門企業提供更便利的支<br />

援服務,如營運者定期來澳門提供支援,合辦<br />

工作坊指導澳門企業如何維護網站內容,提升<br />

網上銷售手法等。<br />

在澳門經營扇莊生意的南薰樓工藝社,是<br />

首批成功申請電子商務推廣鼓勵措施的澳門中<br />

小企,負責人周玉玲表示,公司以往也有利用<br />

阿里巴巴中國站來招商,但卻遇上不少問題。<br />

「因為我們不太懂得網站的操作,而向國內阿<br />

里巴巴查詢時,又因為普通話不夠流利而與對<br />

方溝通不來,所以我們也沒有花太多時間在這<br />

個平台上。」周玉玲說:「但參加了澳門貿促局<br />

的電子商務推廣鼓勵計劃後,除了得到資助,<br />

可減輕成本外,最重要是阿里巴巴會有專人從<br />

香港定期到澳門提供指導,而且大家也說廣東<br />

話,我們在操作上有任何問題也可以直接查<br />

詢,方便得多。」<br />

南 薰 樓 工 藝 社 參 加 了 這 計 劃 已 三 個 多<br />

月,周玉玲對成效相當滿意,因為相比起阿<br />

里巴巴中國站,總站設於香港的阿里巴巴國<br />

際站更能幫助公司開拓海外市場。「阿里巴<br />

巴中國站主要做國內銷售,我們的廠房在珠<br />

海,生產成本較高,產品定價未能與國內對<br />

But now it’s a different story. “Now with the<br />

incentive measures there aren’t only subsidies to<br />

lower production cost, but also Alibaba staff sent<br />

over from Hong Kong for assistance. Business is<br />

made easier when we speak the same language,”<br />

said Chao.<br />

Having been the beneficiary of the measures<br />

for three months now, Chao admits that results<br />

are satisfactory. With its headquarters set up<br />

in Hong Kong (rather than Mainland China),<br />

Alibaba’s international site is now able to open<br />

overseas markets for Nam Fan Lou.<br />

“Alibaba China is mainly for domestic<br />

sales,” said Chao. “That we have our factory in<br />

Zhuhai means we have a higher production cost,<br />

which makes our products less competitive than<br />

China’s own. Now, though, I can contact buyers<br />

in Hong Kong and overseas through Alibaba’s<br />

international portal – the past three months have<br />

seen a surge in overseas search for our products.<br />
