Heating systems. Used primarily in 2-pipe systems with
pump circulation.
10-28O C (50-82O F)
1" C (k 1.8' F)
l.OMPa= 10 bar 150 psi
20 mWG ..L 200 kPa = 2 bar
+ 10oO C (21 2O F)
(Serising element must not be exposed to higher surface
temperature than + 60' C (140' F)
With standard temperature range this valve opens at + 8O C
(46.4O F)
Each valve is individually tested before despatch, both for
seat sealing and overall teak-tightness.
Delivered in corrugated board package which protects valve
during delivery.
The thermostat section should be stored in a cool place until
it is to be fitted, Le. after the final phase of the construction
work is finished and the pipes are clean. Fitting directions
and instructions for adding the regulator body are inserted in
the package.
Capacity and pressure drop: The rate of flow and the associated pressure drop across the
valve can be obtained from the capacity diagram. The lines
marked with temperatures refer to the temporary deviations
in air temperature relative to the setting which affects the
regualting mechanism in such a way as to restore the desired
temperature level.
