Soekie visits Tzaneen
SOEKIE Krog, presenter of "In die spieël" on
Radiokansel, will be visiting the youth of
Tzaneen very soon.
This accomplished musician, who is dedicated
to bringing "the Word of God" to all, has
released several CD’s, and helped with two of
Jan de Wet’s "Loflaaitie" CD’s.
Join Krog at the Tzaneen-Wolkberg Church
on Friday, May 29.
All nursery schools and playgroups are
invited, as well as all Gr 0 - 3 learners.
Entrance is R5 per child, and the performance
will start at 11:00.
Krog will be entertaining the children for
about an hour at the Wolkberg Church.

Nectar of winelands in Limpopo soon
WITH its magnificent natural beauty, its rich
cultural heritage and its world-renowned
wines - the Cape winelands is synonymous
with all the best that the Cape has to offer.
Now, the best of the Cape is coming to
Limpopo from April 24 to 26.
In its third consecutive year, the all popular
Limpopo Wine Show will again take Polokwane
by storm.
Hosted by Standard Bank and directed by
South Africa's leading wine authority, Michael
Fridjhon, the show takes place from at
Meropa Casino and Entertainment World.
Polokwane wine lovers can sample some
250 wines from over 50 of the country's top
award-winning cellars. Visitors can also
sample and buy Cape olive products and
cheeses. In addition, exhibitors of wine accessories,
imported glassware and wine coolers
will have a wide range of products on
o f f e r.
Shop@Show, the event's retail opportunity,
offers visitors the added bonus of direct deliveries
of wine purchases after the show.

Die Gemeenskapskoor olv Rina Klaver sal
optree, asook verskeie plaaslike kunstenaars
oa Karlien en Frans Gerber asook Gert en
Simon Marincowitz.
Janandi van Schoor, 'n jong orrelis van
Pretoria, sal optree as gas orrelis tydens die
erediens. Die musiek word afgewissel deur
voorlesings en nagmaalbediening.
Janandi behaal haar B.Mus graad (uitvoerende
kuns) cum laude asook 'n Kerkmusiek
diploma aan die Universiteit van Pretoria. Sy is
tans besig met haar M.Mus graad (uitvoerende
kuns) onder leiding van Prof Wim Viljoen,
asook met haar skripsie wat oor
Suid-Afrikaanse orrelmusiek handel. Sy het al
verskeie pryse en beurse ontvang. Janandi het
in Phalaborwa grootgeword en haar skoolloopbaan
by die Pro Arte Alpen Park voltooi.
Sy is tans begeleier van die Ad Musicum koor,
orrelis by die Hervormde Gemeente Wonderboom
en assistent-orrelis by die NG
Gemeente Universiteitsoord.
Tzaneen-Wolkberg Gemeente nooi die
gemeenskap uit om saam die erediens te gaan
bywoon. Dit beloof om 'n groot belewenis te
wees. Voorafsang begin reeds om 08:45 en die
erediens sal om 09:00 begin. Liturg: ds Daan

Soekie kuier by kleuters
NG TZANEEN Wolkberg gemeente nooi alle
speelgroepe, kleuterskole asook graad 0 tot 3
leerders om op 29 Mei die optrede van die
bekende Soekie Krog by te woon.
Dit begin om 11:00 en sal tot om 12:00 duur.
Toegangsfooi kos R5 per kind.
Soekie, beter bekend as Soekie van Radikids
se spesialiteit is kinderwerk. Sy het vyf jaar
lank "Kleutertyd" op Radio Kansel aangebied,
kitaaronderrig vir kinders gegee en die eerste
twee "Loflaaitie" CD’s vir Jan de Wet afgerig.
Haar eerste kinder CD is in 1992 vrygestel
en daarna het sy nege kinder-gospel CD’s
uitgebring.
Die solo-CD, "Daffodils" het sy spesiaal vir
haar vyfjarige seuntjie, wat aan kanker gesterf
het, uitgebring. Soekie bied tans "In die Spieël"
op Radiokansel aan en tree by skole, kleuterskole
en vroue-byeenkomste as spreker of
aanbiddingsleier op.
Soekie se passie is om die Woord van God
aan oud en jonk op ‘n praktiese en treffende
