Application Request:
Bootz and Duke Sign Company is requesting on behalf of MCS Professional Service
Center the approval of a Master Sign Package allowing one 15 foot tall sign on Grand
Ave. and onel0 foot tall sign on Westgate.
Location and Project Description:
The MSC complex is located on the Northeast side of Grand Avenue North of Bell Road.
MCS is a multi-use center specializing in Auto Servicing Companies and the proposed
signs are to advertise the businesses within the center.
Historical Data:
The Site has been developed and will be soon open.
Detailed description of signs types:
Ground Signs - The site will have 2 ground signs; one ground sign will be 15 feet tall and
will be located along Grand Avenue and one ground sign will be located along Westgate.
Each sign is designed to be a multi-tenant sign allowing businesses located within the
center to be visible from nearby traffic.
Building Signs - will be allowed subject to compliance with City of Surprise code.
Operational Aspect of Use:
Each ground sign will be internally illuminated. The Westgate sign will have 4 tenant
panels and the Grand Ave Sign will have 6 tenant panels as well as the Center ID copy.
Infrastructure and Phasing:
The building is complete and the signs will be installed as soon as possible once
approved.
