17.28.080 of the Community Commercial Code, 3. Convenience Food Restaurant, i.e.
"Convenience food restaurant" means an establishment whose principal
business is the sale of foods, frozen desserts or beverages to the consumer
in a ready-to-eat state for consumption either on or off the premises and
whose design or principal method of operation include both of the following
characteristics:
INFRASTRUCTURE
1. Foods, frozen desserts or beverages are usually served in
edible containers or in paper, plastic or other disposable
containers.
2. The customer is not served food at his/her table by an
employee but receives it at a counter, window or similar facility
for carrying to another location for consumption either on or off
the premises.
The project will connect to off-site sewer, water, gas, telephone, and electrical services
which are presently in the right-of-way on Reems Road. Other improvements include curb,
gutter, and sidewalk along with paving to fill in from the existing paved roadway. On-site
sewer, water, gas, telephone and electrical services will be placed underground. A fireline
loop will extend from both drives and loop on the west side of Building "D" to serve the
three on-site fire hydrants.
PHASING
The project will be constructed in one phase by the owner/developer. Off site work has
commenced, with all City of Surprise submittals performed and stipulations met to date.
