contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supplies for the project identified as Sewer
Rehabilitation Project 2007-08 – Phase 2 in accordance with the specifications and plans in the
Contract Documents which are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works of the City of Pinole
to the satisfaction and under the direction of the Director of Public Works at the following prices:
