Sterilize at 121 0 C/15m<strong>in</strong>utes <strong>and</strong> add 10ml (4%) filtrate, L-cyste<strong>in</strong>e is added after sterization -<br />

(5.8g cyste<strong>in</strong>e –HCL/100ml water)<br />
