<strong>EIOPA</strong>’s technical work in preparing the equivalence assessments will be<br />
complemented by the regulatory dialogues with “equivalence candidate<br />
countries”, bringing forward discussions on specific aspects of country specific<br />
and global standards.<br />
9. <strong>EIOPA</strong> Internal Organisation<br />
9.1 Organisation Development<br />
<strong>EIOPA</strong> is a truly multinational and multicultural institution creating a working<br />
environment where staff can thrive. A well balanced age and gender distribution<br />
is a permanent aim.<br />
In <strong>2013</strong> recruitment will continue, though at a slower pace in comparison to the<br />
previous years. Further integration of staff and performance management will be<br />
the main focus.<br />
Coordination efforts with EBA and ESMA will be further enhanced, such asin the<br />
area of the e HR system (Allegro).<br />
Cooperation with EBA and ESMA, as well as with the Commission and within the<br />
EU Agencies network will continue.<br />
In <strong>2013</strong> the focus will be in consolidating the already established processes and<br />
policies which will contribute to a nurturing and efficient working environment.<br />
9.2 Information and Technology Support<br />
The goals and deliverables set out in this work programme and the efficient and<br />
effective execution of <strong>EIOPA</strong> task and responsibilities require a process oriented<br />
approach supported by a strong technology support. The tasks to be executed<br />
within the range of supporting core processes are steered by the <strong>EIOPA</strong> IT &<br />
Data Committee and are executed with the strong involvement of the <strong>EIOPA</strong><br />
Information and IT team. The following deliverables, stemming from the overall<br />
IT implementation plan 2012 2014, are set for <strong>2013</strong>:<br />
