Guidelines on criteria for the calculation of
market shares for derogations to reporting
requirements
Develop, finalise and test processes for
EIOPA tasks under Solvency II, including:
Derivation and publication of the risk free
rate on a monthly basis, including
necessary adjustments (Article 77a).
Collection and publication of various sets
of information (list of authorised firms
(Article 25), report about the use of
capital add ons (Article 52), lists of
regional governments and local
authorities, exposures to whom are to be
treated as exposures to the central
government (Article 109a)
Mapping of external credit assessments
Monitor IFRS developments and publish
standards when IFRS is not consistent
with SII (Article 75)
Opinion to the European Commission no
later than 4 years after the date of
application of SII on whether correlation
parameters need to be updated (Article
