CO-APPELLANT THAT MAY ACCRUE TO HIS BENEFIT<br />

<strong>Appellant</strong> <strong>William</strong> <strong>Satele</strong> joins in all contentions raised by his co-appellant<br />

that may accrue to his benefit. (Rule 8.200, subdivision (a)(5), <strong>California</strong> Rules <strong>of</strong><br />

Court ["Instead <strong>of</strong> filing a brief, or as a part <strong>of</strong> its brief, a party may join in or<br />

adopt by reference all or part <strong>of</strong>a briefin the same or a related appeal."]; People v.<br />

Castillo (1991) 233 Cal.App.3d 36,51; People v. Stone (1981) 117 Cal.App.3d 15,<br />

CONCLUSION<br />

For the reasons set forth herein, it is respectfully submitted on behalf <strong>of</strong><br />

defendant and appellant WILLIAM SATELE that the judgment <strong>of</strong> conviction and<br />
