Jim Kellogg<br />

Vice President - Community / Retail Operations<br />

Jim Kellogg enters his seventh year as Vice President of Community and<br />

Retail Operations after being named to the post on January 1, 2006. This is his<br />

19th season with the <strong>Rockies</strong> organization.<br />

In his current role, Kellogg, 48, is responsible for directing the <strong>Rockies</strong>’ retail<br />

operations as well as heading up the Community Affairs department. Jim works<br />

directly with players and coaches as the liaison between the front office and the<br />

<strong>com</strong>munity. His <strong>com</strong>munity work is a reflection of the <strong>Rockies</strong>’ contributions to<br />

youth education and health. His duties include overseeing the <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>Rockies</strong><br />

Baseball Club Foundation and the <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>Rockies</strong> Charity Fund, in addition to managing the <strong>Rockies</strong><br />

Dugout stores, Internship Program and Club Archives.<br />

Prior to joining the <strong>Rockies</strong>, Kellogg spent eight years with Mercantile Stores. He serves on the<br />

Board of Directors for the Lower Downtown District, Inc., the Metro Denver Sports Commission and (now<br />

PAST Chairman of the CSHOF) Chairman of the <strong>Colorado</strong> Sports Hall of Fame, and is the current<br />

Chairman of the Children’s Hospital <strong>Colorado</strong> Foundation’s Corporate Leadership Council.<br />

A graduate of Denver’s J.K. Mullen High School, Jim attended <strong>Colorado</strong> State University and<br />

received his Bachelor’s Degree from Regis University in 1987. He and his wife, Cheli, reside in Highlands<br />

Ranch, CO with their two children, Danny and Amanda.<br />

Michael Kent<br />

Vice President - Finance<br />

One of the original members of the officer roster, Michael Kent joined the<br />

<strong>Rockies</strong> in January, 1992, and enters his 20th year with the club.<br />

Kent, 54, is in contact with every department in the organization, assisting<br />

them in financial planning and budgeting. He also is responsible for financial<br />

reporting, cash management, club insurance and benefits. Michael came to<br />

<strong>Colorado</strong> after a decade with the Philadelphia Phillies (1982-91). He served as<br />

Controller at the time of his move West. Prior to joining the Phillies, he worked in<br />

the Long Island, NY, office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, providing accounting services<br />

to small and growing businesses.<br />

Michael and his wife, Mary, have five children: Jonathan, Laura, Timothy, Bryan, and Nicole. The<br />

family resides in Highlands Ranch, CO. He attended Villanova University and graduated with a degree in<br />

accounting in 1979.<br />

Sue Ann McClaren<br />

Vice President - Ticket Sales, Operations & Services<br />

Sue Ann McClaren joined the <strong>Rockies</strong> in the fall of 1992 and enters her 20th<br />

season with the club, her 35th year in Major League Baseball. McClaren was named<br />

Vice President on December 1, 1995, be<strong>com</strong>ing the <strong>Rockies</strong>’ first female officer.<br />

Sue Ann served as Director of Ticket Sales in the inaugural season of 1993,<br />

during which the <strong>Rockies</strong> set Major League records for highest attendance in a<br />

single game, night game, three-game series and single season. <strong>Colorado</strong> led the<br />

majors in attendance for each of its first seven seasons of existence (1993-99)<br />

and has drawn more than 44 million since 1993, better than any team in baseball.<br />

Sue Ann joined <strong>Colorado</strong> after 15 years with the St. Louis Cardinals, who won three NL pennants and<br />

one World Series title during that time. She joined the Cardinals in their sales department, then worked<br />

her way up to Director of Ticket Sales before departing for the expansion <strong>Rockies</strong>.<br />

A 1977 graduate of William Woods College in Fulton, MO, McClaren is single and lives in Denver.<br />
