- which have insuffi cient resources or experience to confi dently manage
the interface to a pure play foundry for volume silicon manufacturing;

market;
- who want to focus on their core competence and outsource implementation
tasks;
- companies that market non-electronic products but wish to innovate
them through the introduction of an electronic content.
