ELIGIBILITY: Provides scholarship opportunities to<br />

graduating high school seniors from <strong>Oklahoma</strong> City who<br />

are interested in pursuing degree programs in science,<br />

technology, engineering or mathematics. Applicants<br />

must meet eligibility criteria and have a minimum<br />

GPA <strong>of</strong> 3.0; must have a demonstrated leadership<br />

commitment through participation in community<br />

development activities, extracurricular activities, or<br />

other activities that reflect leadership abilities.<br />

Allan V. Cecil Family Scholarship<br />

seniors from Bristow High School in Bristow, <strong>Oklahoma</strong><br />

who will attend OU full-time. Preference will be given<br />

to students choosing a major in the Gaylord College <strong>of</strong><br />

Journalism and Mass Communication. Recipients will<br />

receive a one-time award for their freshman year.<br />
