the College <strong>of</strong> Education. Must achieve and maintain<br />
a 3.0 overall GPA. Must demonstrate need for<br />
supplemental financial assistance as certified by the<br />
OU Office <strong>of</strong> Financial Aid Services. Preference will be<br />
given to relatives <strong>of</strong> Carl P. Dunifon or Erma Whitmore<br />
Dunifon and to unmarried students without children.<br />

ELIGIBILITY: Undergraduate student in one <strong>of</strong> the<br />
college’s teacher preparation programs. All individuals<br />
who are full-time, regularly enrolled students in the<br />
Jeannine Rainbolt College <strong>of</strong> Education are eligible;<br />
provided, however, that no scholarship may be<br />
awarded to or for the direct benefit <strong>of</strong> the donor or<br />
any member <strong>of</strong> the immediate family <strong>of</strong> the donor. Any<br />
eligible deserving undergraduate student is qualified<br />
for either an initial award or a subsequent award if, in<br />
the opinion <strong>of</strong> the selection committee, the student is<br />
making satisfactory progress toward graduation and<br />
needs supplemental financial assistance. For purpose<br />
<strong>of</strong> this scholarship, satisfactory progress shall be<br />
deemed to be the achievement <strong>of</strong> and maintenance <strong>of</strong><br />
at least a 3.0 overall GPA.<br />

ELIGIBILITY: For education students in one <strong>of</strong> the<br />
college’s teacher preparation programs who wish to<br />
study abroad through one <strong>of</strong> the OU’s international<br />
partnerships. All individuals who are full-time regularly<br />
enrolled students in the Jeannine Rainbolt College <strong>of</strong><br />
Education are eligible for this scholarship; provided,<br />
however, that no scholarship may be awarded to or for<br />
