Despite well-intended surgical attempts to
improve the soft tissue deficiencies of the
eyelid-adnexal regions in the patient with
Treacher Collins syndrome, few aesthetically
pleasing soft tissue eyelid reconstructions
have resulted. A: Frontal view of teenager
who underwent transposition of pedicled
upper eyelid skin/muscle flaps to the lower
eyelid deficient regions.
