continues to provide excellent support to the <strong>Library</strong>.<br />

3. Cope Foundation <strong>Library</strong><br />

Since UCC <strong>Library</strong> no longer enjoys any formal association with the Cope Foundation<br />

(Catherine Clehane’s secondment ended on 30 th September, <strong>2001</strong>.) cataloguing,<br />

classification and processing of material has all but ceased. Only 56 items from<br />

existing stock were processed.<br />

4. Bon Secours Hospital <strong>Library</strong><br />

UCC <strong>Library</strong> no longer enjoys any formal links with the Hospital <strong>Library</strong>.<br />

It should be noted that St. Mary’s Orthopaedic Hospital, St. Patrick’s<br />

Hospital/Marymount Hospice, St. Patrick’s, Upton have each signalled their wish for<br />

staff to be seconded for short periods. UCC <strong>Library</strong> has offered assistance with<br />

recruitment as all qualified staff are required by UCC.<br />
