The planetary seasons were represented In the Night Garden by opulent hand crafted, detailed large scale umbrella “trees” we crafted alongside opulent costumes for each umbrella “tree”. These umbrella “trees” represented trees throughout the various seasons in their respective colors and design. These “trees” of seasons also served as environments where themed characters to the season and guests immersed themselves interacting, mingling and playing. Characters in the Night Garden included an Ice Empress, living flora and fauna carnivorous plants, green queen, 10 foot living tree, aerial pan, satyr, queen nymph and a water sprite. The soundscape we create for the environment used classical music inspired by natural world flora and fauna, layered with wind, water birds and other wildlife to create an actual sensation of being in nature.
