The amount of loan designated by the competent
Minister, in accordance with the provisions
of Article 6 paragraph 3 of} the Cabinet
Order for Establishing the Standards for Financial
Activities of Agricultural Co-operative Associations

337 Of 1950), shall be provided for as follows:

1. The amount of loans based upon the Agricultural
Bill System, the Tobacco Bill System,
the Mulberry Bill System and other loans corresponding
to these loans;.
2. The amount of loans that a co-operative has
advanced to a memjber thereof within the limits
of the sum equivalent to 80% of the current
price of the commodities which the member
consigned to the co-operative for sale, as a
temporary fund before such commodities are
sold and the account is settled;
,3. The amount of loans which a co-operative
has, in compliance with the conditions specified
by the Government or a local public body, made
from the funds which the said co-operative
borrowed directly or indirectly from the Government
or from the local public body;
4. The amount of loans made by a co-operative
for which a reserve fund has been provided by
the Government, local public body, or agricultural
co-operative association (including a
federation of agricultural co-operative associations)
to cover possible failures of borroweis
to repay their loans;
5. The amount of loans which a co-operative
has advanced to a member thereof temporarily
pending receipt of a subsidy which the Government
or local public body has decided to
grant.
